I had a tablet of Zyrtec and Panadol. Afterwards, I felt heaviness in my head and pain in my nose with running nose (with blocked nose), the nasal tone has already started. I was sneezing with little cough too. I woke up (Friday) with aches and heaviness. I had this morning a cup of tea and milk with bread (my favorite breakfast) with a tablet of Panadol. I did not measure my temperature, but I know I have mild fever. Now almost after mid day, I feel little better, so I am here, writing, perhaps, I cannot be of help to you today. Today afternoon, I am expecting electrician, Satellite guy and plumber to fix few things. So expect some water cut-off for about 2-3 hours, hopefully not from all the house.
